Notes on Gaddy Decision
On August 26, 2025, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, affirmed the lower court's decision, dismissing the RICO claim in Gaddy, et. al. v. the LDS Church.
Attorney for the Plaintiffs, Kay Burningham commented...
"The gravamen of the Gaddy case alleges that the LDS Church mispresented its history. We are disappointed that the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals has interpreted the 'church autonomy doctrine' as an affirmative defense to fraud, that is misrepresentations of fact. Historically, the First Amendment, from which the church autonomy doctrine derives, only protects sincerely held religious beliefs.
A decision whether to petition the Supreme Court for certiorari will be made within 90 days ."

When an honest man discovers he is mistaken, he either ceases to be mistaken, or ceases to be honest.
Shown here, is a photograph of a section of a printing plate (as presented to US Federal Court), found in the possession of the LDS Church, that glaringly evidences the intentional alteration of the image of Anubis to conform to the fabricated narrative of the LDS fiction, The Book of Abraham, passed off to the naive as a prophetic record "translated" by Joseph Smith.
The suicide rate in the State of Utah has been reported as 2 and 1/2 times higher than the next closest state, due to the brutal gaslighting, competency and character assasinations, and other "plausibly deniable" social abuses heaped upon former believers in Mormonism by the LDS Church and by the true believing members who are under oath and covenant to use their power and positions to do its bidding and who find themselves compelled to avoid the shame of their role in the fraud of Mormonism by discrediting, marginalizing, and "quietly cancelling" those who figure it out and call out the exploitive fraud for what it actually is.
To those who have suffered such abuse, backstabbing, and cancelling at the hands of Mormons, you are not alone.
Please Consider: Coming to grips with the fraud of Mormonism can be an excruciating process for former believers... ...Peace beyond Disillusionment is never found in denial, repression, or silent acquiescence to the unacceptable. Click here.
