Perhaps you might want to give some careful thought to openly advocating a belief in obvious lies.

Our children judge us by our demonstrated judgement. So does everyone else.

Can you afford the risk of advocating beliefs that are obviously false, on the bet that a "greater good" will be served?

What is the respect of your loved ones worth to you? What will it cost in the long term, if you loose it forever?

When they find their way to the truth, will it bring you closer, or cost you your credibility?

Will you raise them to be thoughtful considered people, or self-deluded blind sheep, willing to walk over a cliff of social conformity to feel included and accepted?

Perhaps you should thoughtfully consider the fair questions that they will surely be confronted with, before they confront you with them.
