Sit, settle in, turn your phone off, and relax.
The session should not be disrupted by phone calls or texts. If it is, it should be terminated and rescheduled.
A note pad has been provided.
Jot down anything you thought of on the way over that you need to get back to at some point, so you are relieved of the concern that you might forget it.
Then settle in, enjoy the sounds, and relax your mind for a few moments.
We will attempt to get through this without speaking, but speak if you must.
